A New York University Stern School of Business Alumni, with an MBA in Business Management and a proven track record in business Sameh provides his clientele with unprecedented consulting services. Sameh was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1971 and immigrated to the United States in 1977 with his parents.

 

A native to Staten Island, Sameh attended St. Sylvester’s, St. Adalbert’s and Moore Catholic High School (Class of 1990), New York University (Class of 1994).  Sameh is married to his lovely wife Enas and lives on the South Shore of Staten Island with their 3 children.

Sameh’s practice focuses on building a relationship with his clients to foster a growing and continued relationship. The services provided are focused on eliminating the anxiety from, what can be the most important purchase in a lifetime. By fostering a relationship with his clients Sameh is able to provide the client with customized service which will ultimately guide them to the accurate purchase of their home and maximize their profits when selling their house.

In the relationship stage we continually educate our clients on changing market conditions which may affect either their purchase or sale.
